Finally Denims...... !!

Just in case you are wondering "Finally Denims" and why ?? Well, I have been running away from it and hanging around in dresses mostly since I delivered. But I just got fed up of same shorts stuff and hence I started looking for new denims in almost every store I waked into, coz obviously the old ones don't fit anymore, but none of them had what I wanted.
Until I came across this relaxing fit jeans at Marks & Spencer and fell in love with it, it was exactly the right shade I wanted and perfect fit I was searching for.

I might be buying some more, until I get into my old ones again, which will definitely take sometime, but Hey I started my workout already :)

So this post today is not just about denims, but PREGNANCY as well....no it isn't me again but two of my really good friends are. I am just trying to share my experience and thoughts with them, whenever they ask me something I feel happy that they value my opinion, but my point is just to help them prepare for everything that is coming their way along with a little cute human they will be giving birth to and what else to expect.

Some of the most important things to keep in mind :-

1. You will feel happy, excited and amazed after you realize you are expecting but you might feel a bit scared thinking of what all you might to have to go through this process. THAT'S COMPLETELY NORMAL

2. Just like each woman is different, her body is and so will be her pregnancy. NO TWO WOMEN WILL EVER HAVE SAME PREGNANCIES
Yes, your symptoms might not be the same as your friend or sister, though they may bit be a bit similar to your mother( I heard that alot and had the heartburn same as my Mom). Rest you will have your own symptoms mixed with few new ones as well.

3. You will find a Doctor or motherly figure everywhere you go -  who will only be advising you about things all the time even though you might not have asked.  DO NOT BELIEVE THEM

4. There are a lot of women who always talk negatives - either about how bad pregnancies are, or someone they knew had a miscarriage or someone who gave birth to an abnormal baby. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I heard many negative and depressing things from friends and even people close to me in my family , even though I kept asking them not to tell me about it. So just be rude if you have to and stop them right when they start such a story on your face or fone.

5. Eat and drink all you want or crave for, ONLY TRUST YOUR DOCTOR and avoid what he has told you to.

6. DO NOT GOOGLE - though it's the mother and father of all f***** information known to human kind, this case is not to trusted, coz I have done that too much and realized it differs from what your doctors say, or what is practical and is only going to confuse you and stress you more.

7. BE HAPPY, REMAIN STRESS FREE, SLEEP WELL

8. Try to spend as much time with your husband as you can, not that you will not get it later, but this time is special and every little thing needs to be shared with him and make him a part of this pregnancy, he sure will love it. I could not spend that good of a time with my husband alone as my in-laws came to stay with us way too early, but I guess you only need the major help after the delivery and some during the first 3 months if you have a really bad morning sickness and you have been advised bed rest. SPEND LOTS OF COUPLE TIME AND GO ON DATES

So, these were just a few things I felt and thought might help you all who are expecting or planning to get pregnant. It's not like you cannot ask me more, feel free to post any queries if you do have and I would love to answer them and just help reduce your anxiety,

Here are the pictures from my latest shoot, and Yes it feels good to be back into JEANS :)
